yups i have been thinking of organising the platoon like some kind of exco thing
without chairmen
so there will be like:
treasurer--takes care of all the money matters (i want to be can???)
secretary(maybe have two?)--write whatever we discuss and when we are suppose to copy down things as they say
recorder--records what we took part in
informer/reminder --inform ppl of stuff(unless want to take turns)
collector--collects stuffs like forms and all
main organising team(a few ppl...4?)-- all of us should take part in organising but this team will finalise everything.
keeptracker(two? one person may not be able to control us)--like remind us when we side tracker and keep note of the time and chase up about when we act very slowly when we are not supposed to (this may seem like a small role but it is not we need you!!)
buying clothes(everyone)--take turns... e.g. mimi and some other ppl bought for ord, me and valerie bought for chalet sooo next time maybe lingyi and some other ppl.
however we still can help each other out if we need help for our roles.
and if everyone agrees i am going to buy the fullscape?(you know what i mean) for our reporting lists so we dont need to rush last minute.. ofcourse we dun write too many incase of some unfortunate reason there are some changes in our total strenght please no though
so any comments?
