hello. this is
and

so yea, we're not gonna reveal our identity just yet. We already said we wont until we pass profi last time and nobody had any complains then. we agree with karmun that our platoon really seems to be battling a war against ourselves. and its really doing us no good cos at first we were broken up to around 3 cliques now got 13. and its already the end of the year and we havent improved our attitude. er, when we write about ppl who may be leaving others out, is it ok if we dont use 'you all'? we think that its better if we put 'our' or 'us' because some ppl are leaving others out thats true, but we dont see the ppl pointing that out inviting the left out ppl into their so-called groups either. but at least now theres the improvement of us being nicer to certain ppl than before. its just that the ppl pointing out the mistakes seem to make the same mistakes too but they dont see it.
example:
person A says: can you all stop leaving out others?
but meanwhile, she/ they themselves are not including the left out ppl. maybe you are trying to, its just that we dont notice. but if we dont notice, then high chances are that the seniors dont see the improvement either. overall, we should really try to stop this clique thing. mabe we'll just happen to be closer to some ppl, but at least accept the rest and dont avoid them or anything. one more thing, please dont always jump to conclusions without asking the person first or smething. cos it may be just a misunderstanding, so yea, dont take things too harshly. but please take trainings seriously. ok, it may be a little too late cos its already end of year, but theres always time right? just because our drills and greetings and uniform SEEM perfect, doesnt mean that it is.we may think that our greetings are oh-so-low now, but from afar, we can really tell that its a platoonmate when we hear it. so we shouldnt greet too loud unless we wanna embarass ourselves. which doent mean that we shouldnt go loud, we should, but at appropriate times. and frankly speaking, all our drills are horrible. every single one of us. maybe we should find some time to really drill together, not with some ppl sitting around and not training. once again, all our drills have to be improved. or else how will the juniors look up to us next year? oh, one last thing. if we dont like our juniors, who will? cos they are OUR juniors, and how we treat them will reflect on how we want our seniors to treat us.
